How do I FIND my product or NAVIGATE the site?

  • Navigate the site?
    To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Every purchase made on our site is absolutely safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. How do I use a Discount Coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the TOP of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you "Enter Discount Coupon Code Here".

What is your return policy?

Moto-Xpress offers a 15 day return policy on most of our items. Exception would be any "Special Order Items". For more information, see our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of California. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the "Login" under Account Info.  Once you are logged in; you can change your profile by clicking on Modify profile in the Shopping Cart Box.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

All orders over $50 will receive FREE UPS ground shipping (continental US only). Shipping charges are "real time" based on the weight and quantity of your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to ship merchandise within 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed. Individual delivery times will vary depending on your location and type of delivery. See Shipping for more details. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

I received the wrong product?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing immediately after being placed, and therefore most orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been placed. How can I track the status of my order?

When we create the shipping label on-line; we will include your e-mail address for the tracking information.  Once the label is complete; you will get an e-mail from either UPS or USPS with your tracking number. All in stock items usually ship within 48-60 business hours.  If you require further tracking information, please contact us.

What if I want to return or exchange an item?

At Moto-Xpress, most items may be returned within 20 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Service Toll Free at 888.272.8885 to obtain a return authorization number.
